What should we charge?
Work out a defensible figure before the call, then activate the plan once the money has actually arrived. The number below is a starting point for the conversation, not a fixed price - what you actually charge is entered separately.
Activate a plan
Search by organization name or the owner's email address. Activation records what was actually paid, switches the organization to White-label/MSP, and issues a reusable Stripe link for every renewal after this one.
Dashboard roles
A role is a job title with permissions attached. Give it to as many people as you like - and whatever you call it is what signs the emails they send.

Declare an incident
Anything you declare here overrides the automatic probe on our public status page. Use it when a system is technically reachable but not actually working - a probe can't tell the difference.

Put an organization on a plan, without payment
For testing before release, and for putting right a payment that went wrong. A granted plan behaves exactly like a bought one - limits, archived monitors coming back, renewal notices - so what you test is what customers get. The second line on each row does the same for the services. Every use is written to the audit log, and this works whether the site is in testing or public mode.

Site mode
